SURFING

Our private surf lessons are a perfect opportunity to learn this amazing sport. With an experienced and prepared instructor, adults and kids can enjoy a 1 ½ hours lesson. No surfing experience required. All surfing equipment is included!

With a maximum of 3 people per lesson, enjoy a multi-level lesson to learn the first steps of surfing, qualified instructors will encourage and guide your progress for 1 ½ hours for adults and kids. All surfing equipment is included.

Stand up paddle boarding provides 1 ½ hours of upper body workout. It promotes core stability, trunk control and a improve YOGA posture. Many use SUP boarding as a cross-training activity, while others find it a relaxing way to spend the day at the beach. Panama Surf School will customize a private stand up paddle boarding lesson unique to you and/or your group into the river or the ocean.

The SUP lesson will be customized to include the fundamentals of stance, SUP board control, proper exit and entry into the ocean, and most importantly SUP boarding fun ! Equipment is included.

Corporate surf lessons will let your staff have fun while becoming familiar with teamwork, We will help them increase confidence, focus on team direction, and enhance communication skills in a safe and fun environment that include a relaxing yoga class and a delicious lunch! Includes: tend, cooler with fresh water, surfboards and tshirts.

Discover the excitement and adventure of the ocean as you learn to surf with Panama Surf School ! It provides your children with the opportunity to get away from the city, TV, electric games and phones ! During January, February, July and August Panama Surf School organizes half day and full week long term camps. Kids will learn to surf, gain knowledge of the fundamentals of surfing, ocean currents, environmental care and water safety. We guarantee safety and personalized instruction with small class sizes (Ages 5 & up).

Looking for something cool to do after school and want to improve your surfing ? Join other local students who lives in the beach area with the After School program . It will run from September to December and from March to June every year. This fun,group environment is the perfect way for kids from different beach communities to come together, exercise and get stoked!

What a better way to celebrate your birthday than surfing? 2 hours of group surfing lesson with all the equipment and instructors to guarantee your safety, Participants can enjoy 1 hour of beach activities, games and competitions with a Panama Surf school staff.

Minimum of 8 people, includes: tend, table, soccer or voleyball balls, cooler with fresh water, tshirts and surfboards.
